F/S John W. Aitken
, 419 Squadron RCAF. Mr. Aitken was shot down near Hemmingstedt, Germany the evening of March 20th-21st 1945. He was flying in lancaster X KB-786 Coded VR-P, was the lone survivor of the crew and was taken prisoner.
A family relative is attempting to locate him.
F/S (promoted posthumously to P/O) Charles Alvin Elliott was a member of the crew.

John Aitken was an air gunner and lived in Scarborough, Ontario where he passed away in 1996. Further assistance is required in seeking anyone who knew John Aitken or may know of his family.
