Cpl. T. FERGUSON
A viewer of this website has found a War Medal and is interested in locating the soldier's family so it can be of comfort to them.
On the front of the medal there is a winged angel with an upraised arm and the inscription "THE GREAT WAR FOR CIVILISATION 1914-1919"
The inscription on the back side reads "862135 CPL T FERGUSON 18(or 19) -CAN.INF."

The War Medal has been identified as the Victory Medal and a picture of it is shown.
Thomas Ferguson was in the 180th Battalion Canadian Over-Seas Expeditionary Force (OEF).
He was born in Armah, Ireland on 01-Feb-1893 and his father was Robert Walter Ferguson.
